A renovation of an office space is never a simple transition from blueprint to reality, but rather a protracted battle against unforeseen challenges.

This office renovation was put to the test. Typhoon Signal No. 8 and black rain exposed long-standing waterproofing issues in the building. Our company maintained close contact with the building management, communicating and coordinating extensively to complete the waterproofing works in a short period.

As we all know, many of Wan Hai’s core operations rely heavily on the network, making the server room relocation a key focus and challenge of this renovation. We planned the route meticulously beforehand and assigned responsibilities clearly during the move. Ultimately, the relocation was completed smoothly, with all systems running stably. To accelerate the construction schedule, the demolition work was carried out for over 10 consecutive days during the window period after 6:00 PM when the goods lift was idle. Despite construction halts caused by Typhoon Signal No. 8 and black rain, as well as the increased difficulty posed by the exposed waterproofing issues, our company ultimately completed the office renovation within the stipulated time.

IN-TECH completed the entire office renovation for Wan Hai Lines within the stipulated timeframe. The client hosted an opening reception on January 23rd, extending a sincere invitation to our company’s designers and project managers to attend. They also expressed high appreciation for our design and renovation work.
